This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for all services booked at Natural Loa Spa located in Uptown Toronto (3454 Yonge St). We value your time and our expert therapists' time, and adherence to this policy allows us to provide the best possible service to all our clients.
Our Core Promise: Easy, Stress-Free Cancellation
We understand that schedules change. We offer a clear and simple policy to ensure your experience remains seamless.
Cancellation: Minimum 24 hours before your scheduled service time. Full Refund or Full Credit applied to your next service.
Rescheduling: Minimum 24 hours before your scheduled service time. No Charge. Your deposit/payment is transferred to the new appointment.
Late Cancellation: Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the service time. 50% of the Service Fee will be charged or forfeited.
No-Show: Failure to arrive at the scheduled time without prior notification. 100% of the Service Fee will be charged or forfeited.

Refund Processing Details

Refund Method: All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used for the booking.

Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card statement.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a service booked with a gift card is cancelled with 24+ hours' notice, the full value is re-credited to the gift card
